what i've learned so far.

1) So far in my senior project, I have learned quite a bit. I've learned that placing displays in a store is more than just randomly placing it wherever it looks nice. There's a certain psychology behind it. I've also learned how to look at window displays and dissect them to figure out whether they are good or not. Window displays should also have a theme or storyline behind it, so you have to look for inspiration everywhere.


2) This book Visual Merchandising: Window and In-Store Displays for Retail by Tony Morgan has been so helpful and the pictures in it are absolutely beautiful. It's so inspirational. :D
