1. I believe I have been an effective learner throughout the year because I have been responsible for my own education. Out of all my years here at I-Poly, senior year has been the toughest, with its many deadlines for senior project and physics, haha. However, even with everything going on, I somehow manage to stay on top of deadlines and turn in everything when needed. In class, I listen and internalize information, taking notes when I need it. On top of all that, I have been devoted to drama club, being in the play, participating in Fullerton Festival, and being captain of the Improv Team, which all of these things has led me to learn essential skills needed for when I move into college, such as taking initiative.
2. Evidence of me being an effective learner from my senior project are that I mastered the idea of an inspiration board and how it could be used for a window display and through my research and interviews, am able to have main answers for my essential question.
3. I intend to improve on being an effective learner next semester is to be consistent with writing down my homework and to stay organized, which is a skill I lack. Also, I plan on trying my best to keep up with physics and to at least 2 hours of Aleks a week.

ten hour service learning check.
Prior to the "Anchor Blue Crisis":
1. Christina Dorado was working at Anchor Blue in the Visual Department.
2. So far, what I have done there was create inspiration boards and do the more "office work" part of the job, which was compiling together a binder of all the visual sets they did since June.
3. The most important thing I've learned so far is that inspiration does not come that easily. That's why you need to surround yourself with things you enjoy and find inspirational because if you're surrounded in a bland environment, your creative juices can not flow as easily, thus leading to a window that is thrown together instead of what it should be, inspired. However, there is a time crunch when it comes to planning a display, so having as much inspiration around you as possible really helps you.
